Our Mentors are such incredible people, they not only work as a team to ensure the cafe runs smoothly and safely for our customers, but their primary focus is on each individual young person they work with – passing on skills, knowledge and knowing just the right amount of encouragement and expectation to engage and build confidence, self-belief and resilience for each young person at each stage of the personal development.

Libby has been a shining example to those she has mentored over the past three years. She is now retiring and we will miss her hugely. It has been a pleasure to have her on the team and to witness the positive affect she has had working with so many young people over the years. Libby has also been a very reliable and capable member of the kitchen team for some of our large-scale events and her input has been invaluable.
