Teigan is enjoying being part of a new team serving food and drink during lunchtime service at this lovely family run hotel.

Teigan is using lots of the skills she has learned here at The Usual Place and is also enthustically learning how to adapt to a new working environment with its own protocols and a new set of customers.

Teigan is working with our Employer-Ablity Mentor, Sharon who focusses on enabling young people into their new work experiences and jobs as well as being on hand for the employers who take them on to ease the whole process.

Teigan is making a great start, and although she has now left The Usual Place, she has also spent the past few months learning from the front of house team at 1610 at The Globe Inn in preparation for our forthcoming Fine Dining Afternoon Fundraiser on Sunday 26th October 2025 and Teigan will be part of the team who serves the amazing food at this event.

Well done Teigan, you are certainly making the most of every opportunity!
