They were each presented with a certificate by Alana and Liam, and were congratulated by Mentors and other team members as they finished their 6 weeks with us.

Meishan and Eden have been great members of the team and have enjoyed learning and putting skills into practice.

Amongst other things, they have been serving food and drinks to customers and taking customer orders and payments using electronic order pads and point of sale tills, they have also prepared various drinks using a barista machine.

Both girsl have also spent time in the kitchen with Mentors, learning about and putting into practice the safe and effective processes of baking, chopping vegetables and ensuring all our crockery and cutlery is washed, dried and stored correctly to keep everything flowing in our busy cafe.
