Huge congratulations to Ryan who completed his Food Health and Hygiene course at The Usual Place. He has been working on this with Mentors Kat, Thomas and Fiona and it was great to see him presented with his certificate as he finished the course last week. The knowledge required for the Food Health and Hygiene course and the ability to apply this knowledge is so important to anyone with an ambition to work in the food, drink and hospitality industry and is a great foundation for this kind of career.
