In the Usual Place when young people join any programme, we enable each individuals learning and success through an early enablement approach. This builds on existing gifts and skills and builds personal confidence as well as sector skills competence in Hospitality and very importantly sets the scene for future learning and vocational achievement in any field.
So, we were absolutely delighted to present young people with Certificates of Completion in, Personal Hygiene, Allergen and Bacteria Awareness, Prevention of Cross Contamination in a Food Premises.
These skills and competencies are useful in personal and professional life and we are proud of each team members personal achievements.
