What a wonderful celebration to end our day with. David leaves us today for a new job in the Hospitality Sector and has been presented with his well deserved certificate of achievement.

David said ‘working in The Usual Place and gaining real work experience in front of house helped me get my job’ David was generous with his praise for other young people and ‘The great team’ in The Usual Place.

Mentor Gail said that David was ‘always smiling, was a lovely young man with an amazing sense of humor and that his new employer is very lucky to have David join their team’.

Working directly with the public in The Usual Place, David has developed real confidence in his own sector skills and demonstrated great customer care skills.

If it is possible, we are even more delighted for David, because David’s new employer has committed to enabling David to work towards and achieve a higher hospitality qualification in his new workplace. This will open up even more career opportunities.

David has made a fantastic contribution to The Usual Place, and it was lovely for the team be able to thank David and to wish him well in his future career.
