They are looking at the welcome station's till screen, concentrated on putting the customer's order into the system.
Aaron took lots of customer orders and payments at the till earlier this week – as well as making customers feel welcome, this requires clear communication and listening. Aaron ensures each customer request is understood and relayed to our kitchen team so they can prepare the food and to make sure drinks and cakes orders are clearly passed to our front of house team and prepare the exact drink with the correct milk to the customer’s liking.
Aaron has a great rapport with customers, and takes a disciplined approach to concentrate on making sure their requests are entered into the till correctly.
This all contributes to great customer service here at The Usual Place and ensures other members of the team are able to prepare orders and deliver them to customers with confidence and a smile.
Well done Aaron and Mentor, Audrey.
