Two volunteers stand centre of the photo wearing The Usual Place uniform. On both sides of them are two team members from Farries Kirk & McVean who are wearing casual professional clothes. They are all looking into the camera and smiling.
Wow! The amazing team at Farries Kirk & McVean raised a whopping £706.98 for charity at their recent Christmas Jumper Day and they have decided to donate this money to The Usual Place.
We are beyond delighted, not only because of this very helpful financial support towards our work, but also because it means so much that local businesses and their employees place such value on the work of The Usual Place.
Emma and Cameron from Farries Kirk & McVean called in to our cafe to make the donation today, and here they are pictured with Kiera and Ryan who are training in Front of House.
Thank you to everyone at Farries, Kirk & McVean for your wonderful support of the work of The Usual Place in transforming the lives of young people with additional support needs. Thank you also for demonstrating how much you believe in and value the futures of young people in our communities in Dumfries & Galloway – which is why we are all here!
