Heidi Has Made a Salad for our customers

Heidi has just prepared a side salad for a customer order. She has used the correct coloured board (green) and laid out the salad to our “organisational requirements”, so that we have good and consistent presentation. Customers know what to expect when they order – this is why consistency of portion size and presentation matters, and Heidi has nailed it here. By following our procedures, Heidi has enhanced her kitchen and customer care skills, as well as showing she can follow organisational standards.
