Liam is taking some time out of the kitchen this afternoon to work with Early Enablement Officer, Fiona on Food Safety and Hygiene. It is so important, not only to follow procedures, but to understand the reasons why they are there. Gaining this full understanding is the key to being able to work and adapt to real situations whilst making good decisions and keeping customers and colleagues safe.
