Ross is now able to set up the serving area at the beginning of the day, following protocols to set up the coffee machines and serving implements with an understanding of the food safety procedures to keep everyone safe and to ensure all members of the team who work behind the counter are able to find the equipment they need in the correct locations.

Heidi is also continuing to grow in confidence and independence in preparing drinks and cakes, using our barista machine correctly and responding to customer orders. Together, Ross, Heidi and Mentor Tina make sure our customers are well catered for and their orders are served with care and attention.
