The Professional Cookery SVQ requires close attention to the detail of all fresh ingredients used to prepare food, assessing quality, freshness and suitability for the cooking process taking place. All this at the same time as learning professional knife skills and gaining skills and confidence in producing a range of professional cuts to a very high standard.
Jack has been practising very hard for his External SVQ Assessment by Dumfries and Galloway College. Jack did really well in his internal practice Assessment. Well done Jack
