Today is the Ryan’s last day of his school work experience placement. He has done well around the cafe; welcoming customers, checking stock levels, washing dishes, helping in the kitchen, baking, clearing and cleaning tables. He has also completed our Food Health and Hygiene Course with volunteer Mentor, Tadashi.

Lots of team members were happy to congratulate Ryan today when there was a few minutes to get together for a photo – and it was great to have his teacher, Miss Walsh from Dumfries Academy here to cheer him on as well, as he was presented with his certificates.
