Madeleine is in the S3 group from Dumfries High School – Official doing the 6 week work experience programme.

She worked with mentor Sarah to bake and decorate a scrumptious batch of chocolate muffins – she enhanced a number of her skills doing this, including following the recipe, working hygienically, ensuring there was no cross-contamination of allergens, etc. She also decorated this sticky toffee cake beautifully, strengthening her piping and presentation skills whilst doing so.
